The exquisite cuisine of the Altarocca INVINUM Gusto Gourmet restaurant, awarded “Two Forks” by the prestigious Michelin Guide, is not only based on typical characteristics of the territory and its traditional recipes, but it takes these particular dishes to an entirely new level through an attentive selection of the best raw materials and a refinement of the cooking techniques.

In fact, together with the products from our organic farm, like the wines of the Altarocca Winery and our extra virgin olive oil, according to seasonality, we select the best typical products, preferably organic and kilometer zero, including Cinta Senese cured meats, Ficulle saffron, Spello chickpeas, Castelluccio lentils, Cannara onions, and Fabro truffles.
