Our organic extravirgin olive oil is produced exclusively from olives of premium varieties, such as Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino.

The fruits are carefully handpicked rather early and swiftly sent to the oil mill, where they are cold-pressed in order to ensure that the best quality is achieved and acidity is kept at its lowest level.

The color ranges from green to yellow, the aroma is defined as medium fruity and the flavor is fruity with a medium sensation of bitter and spicy. Our extra virgin olive oil production is derived exclusively from freshly harvested olives, cultivated on our land and is ideal for a varied, complete diet, as well as for children’s nutrition.

The Altarocca extravirgin olive oil can be bought directly at the farm in 0,25 – 0,5 – 3 – 5 litre bottles.
