Half board

The half board menu is created by our chef on a daily basis, the menu varies and consists of more courses; the dishes are made with fresh, seasonal products and recipes that reflect the typical Umbrian cuisine.

Our menu also provides daily light options to stay in shape without sacrificing taste and offers vegetarian dishes for those who choose a diet without animal products. In case of food allergies or intolerances, we will do all that is possible to satisfy your dietary requirements, and we also pay careful attention to the needs of our guests who require gluten-free diets suitable for celiacs. From November to April, half board is served in the Invinum Bistrot of Villa Gualtieri, every Monday
