Good wine is the result of a combination of many factors: inspiration, personality, agronomic and enological skills, experience and good fortune. Our vineyards are located in a generous land, rich in natural water sources that encourage the vines to reach deep into the soil to obtain the essential nutrients, producing organic fruit of the highest quality.
Oil Mill
Like our grapevines, our olive trees are grown exclusively according to the principles of organic farming to guarantee the conservation of the soil characteristics, the natural balance and biodiversity of the surrounding environment. Our olive grove is fertilized exclusively with natural products and enriched by means of grassing, while the harvest is strictly performed manually to guarantee the integrity of the olives, which are swiftly transferred to the oil mill, next to the olive grove, where they are then cold-pressed.
