Altarocca Wine Resort is an adults-only hotel. In January 2022, we made the decision to become an adults-only . You can read about our reasons for doing so here. We accept bookings for guests aged 14 and over.

Do you accept children?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
On the day of departure, guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10:30 AM.
If you wish to postpone your departure, please contact the reception desk to arrange for late check-out or day use. These services are subject to an additional charge.

Is access to the spa included in the room rate?
No. Access to the spa is possible upon booking the Exclusive Spa Mosaico or Exclusive Spa Rilievo package.

Are pets allowed?
Pet PolicyYes, you can stay with small and medium-sized cats or dogs. Pets are allowed in the room types located in Borgo del Vino and Villa dell’Olio. To view the pet policy with all the details, click the link below. There is a supplement of €20 per night for this service.

Do you have parking?
Yes, it is included. Upon arrival, we recommend that you park temporarily in the check-in parking lot and do not unload your luggage before checking where your accommodation is located.

Do you organize transfers to Orvieto?
Not directly, but we can book taxi or private driver transfers for you.

Are the outdoor pools heated?
The outdoor pools are not heated and are available during the summer season.

Do you have two restaurants?
RestaurantNo, we have the Invinum Gourmet Restaurant for dinner and the Invinum Bistro for lunch.

Is there a laundry service?
Yes, there will be a form in your room to fill out and sign with the prices for the service.
