Winery
Good wine is the result of a combination of many factors: creativity, personality, agronomic and oenological skills, experience, and good luck. Our vineyards are located in a generous land, rich in natural water sources that encourage the vines to seek out the right nutrients in the deepest soils, essential for producing high-quality organic fruit.
Oil Mill
Like our grapevines, our olive trees are grown exclusively according to the principles of organic farming to guarantee the conservation of the soil characteristics and the natural balance and biodiversity of the surrounding environment. Our olive grove is fertilized exclusively with natural products and enriched by means of grassing, while the harvest is strictly performed manually to guarantee the integrity of the olives, which are swiftly transferred to the brand new oil mill, next to the olive grove, where they are then cold-pressed.

The Borghi swimming pool: large panoramic, pool with large solarium, shaded patio, snack bar, showers, changing rooms and toilets. located near borgo del vino and villa dell’olio, it is available during the summer season.
Pool Gualtieri: outdoor pool dedicated to our guests who want to relax in silence and tranquility. located near villa gualtieri, it is available during the summer season.
By the pool, the Snack Bar invites you to slow down and immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the Umbrian hills. Fresh salads, light dishes, and seasonal specialties celebrate local ingredients, while wines from Cantina Altarocca and refreshing cocktails provide the perfect elegant accompaniment to every moment. Panoramic gym
A proposal characterized by our fitness room selectively equipped with Technogym equipment, specifically chosen by the Altarocca Wine Resort for body builders and all of our guests committed to staying healthy by exercising regularly. Located in an external structure in front of the reception, the panoramic gym is air conditioned and completely surrounded by greenery with breathtaking views.
