Below you will find some useful regulations and information that will enable you to organize and enjoy your holiday stay at the altarocca wine resort in the best way possible.

Services included in the rate

  • Daily room cleaning, hairdryer, organic bath products courtesy set and soft towels in the bathroom, bedroom slippers;
  • Access to the outdoor pools, access to the air-conditioned, panoramic gym, fully equipped with Technogym equipment;
  • Free wi-fi, also available in the outdoor areas;
  • Use of the bocce court;
  • Shaded, reserved parking spaces;
  • Access to the Altarocca Wine Spa is included in the rate of the Romantic Suite, Prestige Suites, Suite dei Borghi, Gualtieri Suite and includes a bag, a bathrobe and slippers, to be returned before departure.

Amenities and services NOT included in the room rates

  • Access to the Altarocca Wine Spa for guests staying in Garden Depandance, Queen Superior and in the Apartments is subject to an additional fee. A bag, a bathrobe and slippers are included in the Spa entrance fee, and are to be returned before departure;
  • Beauty treatments, massages and rituals, the Private Spa, and beauty products;
  • Laundry services;
  • Drinks, meals, and refreshments at the restaurants and bars of the Wine Resort;
  • Room rates do not include the required tourist tax, which will be charged upon departure in the amount of 2.20 € per person per night, up to a maximum of five nights. Children up to 12 years of age are exempt.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations are confirmed only upon providing a valid credit card number to guarantee your booking.
Additional charges on your credit card will be made only and exclusively in the event of the cancellation of your booking, according to the following terms:

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before your arrival date: you will be charged 100% of the booked stay;
  • No-show: you will be charged 100% of the booked stay;
  • Early departure: you will be charged 100% of the booked stay.

For bookings made by bank transfer, or money order, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For bookings with non-refundable rates, full payment is required at the time of booking.

The booked stay made by the guest implies the knowledge and acceptance of the aforesaid Policy. In the event of serious illness, accident, death of the individual responsible for the booking or a family member, or causes beyond one’s control, and based on the presentation of adequate documentation, the Management reserves the right to evaluate the application of the above mentioned penalties.

Payment Method

Cash, Credit Card, Advance Bank Transfer. We do not accept checks.
In order to avoid unnecessary delays, we invite our guests to settle the balance of the bill for their holiday stay the night before departure; the Reception staff is available to assist you every evening until 11:30 pm.

Additional Services

  • Baby cots, for children up to 3 years of age, 14 € per day, breakfast included;
  • Additional bed for children older than 3 years of age, 30 /50 € per day, breakfast included;
  • Small pets – Please notify Management of this special request, as they are only allowed in certain rooms – 10 € per day.

Arrivals and Departures

Check–in from 3 pm.

Check–out by 10 am.

On the day of arrival, rooms and apartments will be available at 4pm. For early arrivals, or delayed arrivals after 11 pm., please notify Management, so that we may prepare for your arrival in the best way possible.

On the day of departure, guests are requested to check out of the rooms and apartments by 10 am. In the event of a delayed departure, please notify the Reception to request a delayed check-out time or an eventual day-use.

Rooms for Day-Use – this service must by confirmed in advance with Management who will verify room availability – 50% of the daily rate.
