One hour culinary experience dedicated to the preparation of two timeless icons of Italian traditional cuisine: homemade tagliatelle and beloved tiramisù.
Each participant will have their own personal workstation, thoughtfully equipped with apron, traditional pastry board, rolling pin and all the ingredients needed to create these authentic recipes from scratch. Under the expert and engaging guidance of our Chef, you will become the true protagonist of an experiences that brings the flavours and gestures of childhood back to life, while creating new memories to treasure.
After getting your hands in the dough, a light lunch awaits you at the Invinum Bistro Restaurant, accompanied by a curated selection of organic wines from Cantina Altarocca for you to discover and savour.
