ALTAROCCA WINE RESORT SEEKS A PROFESSIONAL FIGURE TO BE INCLUDED IN ITS STAFF WITH THE TASK OF "RESTAURANT MAÎTRE".

Requirements:

  • previous experience in the role in hotels and/or restaurants of the same level (or higher);
  • excellent knowledge of the Italian language;
  • knowledge of English (mandatory);
  • excellent communication and problem solving skills;
  • attitude to hospitality;
  • ability to plan their own activities;
  • ability to relate to colleagues and superiors;
  • good knowledge of inventory systems and information applications;
  • driving license and car owner.
